Hands-on STEM enrichment just for homeschoolers!
From hands-on science classes to interactive planetarium shows, immersive IMAX documentaries, and more—the Maryland Science Center has your homeschool enrichment covered!
We offer two sessions of enrichment experiences a year—one in the fall and one in the winter.
The fall 2026 program schedule is now available! Registration opens August 18. This fall, programs will be offered Tuesday – Friday, from September 22, – October 2. Exhibit admission is included with registration to one or more programs. Start planning by clicking through the schedule. You can customize your search results by filtering by age, date, or program type at the top of the schedule.
*A lab fee of $5 may be added to some enrichment programs for use of specialized materials or equipment. Some programs are listed as a “double session” meaning that these programs require twice the length of time to complete and are therefore priced as such.
**Exhibit access is included with advance registration. “Exhibits Only” admission can be purchased in person at the door, no advance registration will be accepted. All same day sales will be charged this admission fee.
