It's mathematically delicious!
Celebrate the most mathematically delicious day of the year at the Maryland Science Center!
Pi(e) Day is a celebration of the mathematical constant pi, a number used to calculate the circumference of a circle, and also a celebration of sweet and savory, circular baked treats! Circle up for a well rounded day of endless fun.
All activities are included with paid admission and completely free to members or schools visiting on a field trip.

Did you know that…
Sampling a tasty slice of pie at our annual Pi Day celebration is a Maryland Science Center tradition. We’ve given away over 2,400 slices of pie since 2013 thanks to the generosity of our friends at B-More Pies & Sweets (formerly Dangerously Delicious Pies of Canton).
