The Maryland Science Center is more than a place to learn about science. For 50 years the Science Center has been a powerful source of inspiration and ideas, awareness and affirmation, to millions of people—and we know the best is yet to come! So, let’s celebrate. Let’s science!

We’re rolling our admission rate back to 1976—$1.00 for children, $2.50 for adults, and $1.50 for seniors!

Check out a few of our newest and a few of our all-time-favorite hands on activities. Kids Room, Make, and SciLab will all feature special activities, too!

Grab a bite to eat and a sweet treat while you’re here! Ruben’s Food Truck—Home of the Best Burritos will be parked outside all day. Be sure to grab a slice of our 50th anniversary cake for dessert, too!
