A workshop for Cub Scout Bears—pre-registration is required.
Earn your Bear elective during this 2-hour workshop. Learn about basic tools and their proper uses when you build a zigzag slider toy in our maker space. You will also learn how to test for plumb, level and square during the project. This workshop will be a combined event with Webelos.
Additional Information:
- Each ticket is for (1) adult and (1) child pair.
- This is a combined event and the project will meet all of the requirements for both the Bear and Webelo electives.
- The scouts will not be using power tools. If power tools are needed, they will only be handled by the adults.
- Admission is included in the ticket price for the cub scouts. Adults can purchase reduced admission at the ticket desk.
- A fun patch is included, but official belt loops must be purchased from your organization.
