A robotics workshop for Scouts BSA—preregistration required
BSA Scouts in grades 6-12 will learn about robotics in this 4-hour workshop. The Scouts will take a hands-on approach to exploring the inner-workings of robots, discuss robotic programming, and then design, build, and test a hydraulic arm.
Prerequisites: Robotics Merit Badge requirements 1 and 7
Additional Information:
- Space in the classroom is limited, so we can only allow 1 adult in the classroom per group. That adult must be in the classroom at all times.
- Admission is included in the ticket price. Adults can purchase reduced admission at the ticket desk.
- A fun patch is included, but official badges must be purchased from your organization.
