Solstice, the Maryland Science Center’s Annual Fundraiser is held on the Saturday closest to the Summer Solstice. This year marks the 40th annual celebration, and the event will be on Saturday June 17, 2017. Dance the night away and celebrate the education and outreach programs of the Maryland Science Center.

Eat, Drink, Dance
A moveable feast awaits as guests stroll from station to station sampling delicious food and signature libations. The Adrian Duke Project will be setting the musical scene for the evening, so strap on your dancing shoes and get ready to party! Plus, this year take in stunning views of Baltimore City from our rooftop terrace while enjoying cocktails and vintage soul beats by DJ Soul Party.
Bid on vacations, sports memorabilia, jewelry, artwork and more! Bid from anywhere using an app on your mobile device or a web browser from any lap top, phone, or tablet. No smartphone? No problem. We’ll have bidding stations set up at the event as well.
Individual tickets are $125 per ticket or $105 per member. The event takes place throughout the Maryland Science Center exhibit halls. To purchase tickets over the phone, please call 410-545-5943. Members must purchase tickets over the phone to receive their member discount. Non-member tickets can be purchased using our online ticket center.
What to Wear
Cocktail party attire suggested—jackets encouraged, ties optional, and of course, dresses that impress.
