Super Science Sleepovers are packed with hands-on learning paired with an unforgettable overnight at the science center. This event is perfect for families, friends, parties and special occasions. Each sleepover has a theme with multiple activity stations, a special planetarium show, an IMAX documentary, and access to exhibits for exclusive nighttime exploration. Then, when it’s ready for lights out—say goodnight to the dinosaurs and sleep in the exhibit halls.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat happens at Super Science Sleepover?
Check-in: On the night of the sleepover, please arrive between 5:30-7:30pm. Click here for parking information. Guests must enter through the Constellation Learning/Group Entrance located around the back of the building off of Key Highway.
After check-in, there will be locations to store your belongings until it is time to sleep. All of our exhibits will be open for exploration and special activities will be located throughout the building.
Planetarium showing: Planetarium showing will be at 6:45pm.
Lights out: 11:00 pm. Guests will sleep on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast: A cold breakfast (cereal, fruit, juice, coffee) will be provided from 7:00-8:00am.
Morning IMAX and Departure: IMAX will be shown at 8:15am. Guests can exit before or after the film.
Slumber Supplies: Sleeping bag and pillow (no air mattresses or tents, please). We encourage wearing clothes that you can sleep in to the event. There is very limited outlet access, so please bring your phone or other devices fully charged.
Waiver: Any adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign a waiver. Bring it with you for quicker entry on the night of the sleepover.
Dinner is not provided. An evening snack is provided as well as breakfast. We encourage eating dinner before arrival, but you can bring your own food or order food from a nearby restaurant to be delivered. Please note that if you choose to leave the building after check-in, you must return by 9:00pm.
Cancellations will be accepted for full refund up to 7 days before the event. Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite.
You could, but we have an entire overnight program dedicated specially to scout groups! Camp-In is a one-night overnight program that combines an indoor, overnight adventure with exciting, interactive science education, and includes opportunities to fulfill badge requirements and a participation patch!
