Are you up for a challenge? Explore the special forces unique to super heroes and villains, learn how to make your own action packed film with stop-motion animation, and more at Superhero Science Online. Join MSC on Saturday, June 12, from noon- 4pm, for an action-packed day science staring some of your favorite super powers!
How to participate?
Starting at noon on June 12, we will post instructional videos or activity instructions here, as well as our Facebook event page, according to the schedule below.
12:00 PM – Super-Speed Zoom Ball
Make an easy-to-build science toy and practice your super-speed super power!
1:00 PM – Fantastic Elastic
Discover the limits of elasticity and what it would mean if being super-stretch was your superpower.
2:00 PM – Super- Bounce Slime
Everyone knows that when superheroes make slime, it needs to be super too! Make three different types of slimes to see which one is the super-bounciest!
3:00 PM – Stop Motion Animation
Lights. Camera. Action! Learn how to make your own superhero action film with stop motion animation.
