Members visit free all year long. Plus they help the Maryland Science Center continue to be the best it can be through cutting edge exhibits, presentations, and large format films. And, your contribution is tax deductible. In addition to free exhibit hall admission, members enjoy discounts on IMAX film admission and admission to national touring exhibitions.
Fridays After Five Returns!
Every Friday from October 2nd- March 26th, the Maryland Science Center is just $8 for admission to its exhibit halls, planetarium, and IMAX Theater on Friday evenings beginning at 5:00 pm. One low price covers everything except national touring exhibitions. IMAX presentations are at 7:00 pm. Children under 3 are always free. Members are admitted to Fridays After Five free of charge. Fridays After Five hours are 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Free Admission for Maryland Students
For the 2009-2010 school year the first 45,000 Maryland school children are admitted to exhibit halls free of charge when visiting with their school group during the school year. Once admissions reach 45,000, students must pay a modest admission fee. In addition, field trip planners can add IMAX films, planetarium presentations, enrichment experiences and Observatory programs for very low additional fees. - Child $35.70 - 20% discount off full retail price
- Call 1-877-BALTIMORE, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (EST) to purchase in advance. You must purchase a minimum of three days in advance of first use to recieve the advanced purchase discount.
Pricing for Purchase at the Baltimore Visitor Center
The Harbor Pass and other attractions tickets and tours can also be purchased at the Baltimore Visitor Center on the West Promenade of the Inner Harbor.
