Filmed in IMAX® 3D, Journey of Man is a celebration of the human spirit that combines the unique artistry and music of Cirque du Soleil™ with the power of large format film. Filmed on location at various natural and historical landmarks around the world, Cirque du Soleil™--Journey of Man follows the stages of human development from birth to maturity, with each stage introduced by a Cirque du Soleil™ act.

Follow a young boy on a mystical journey. Along the way he encounters peculiar creatures who teach him life lessons. As the boy matures, he learns that dreams, faith, and love are the necessary keys to life. Each scene represents the stages of life and features a spectacular act by Cirque du Soleil™ performers including the strong and daring Cube Man who skillfully commands a gyrating metal cube, and the acrobatic Banquine who stack themselves on top of each other to reach tremendous heights.

In addition to the performance feats, Cirque du Soleil™ Journey of Man was filmed in incredible locations at various natural and historical landmarks around the world. Audiences will travel from Big Basin State Park in Boulder Creek, California, to Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra, to the Brandenberg Gate in Berlin.
