Program time for all Full Day Sessions is 9am until 4pm. Extended Care with prior sign up - drop off as early as 8am and pick up as late as 6pm. Choose from the full day programs below:

Session 1

Slimy Science (ages 6-7)
Dig in and get your hands dirty as we discover the messier side of the science. From the oozy to slimy, science has never been this much fun.

Starstruck (ages 8-9)
Climb into your space capsule and explore the night sky. Travel through the universe, look for signs of life, and share stories about the stars. What you see may be out of this world!

Science Chef (ages 9-11)
What turns milk into cheese or cucumbers into pickles? It’s science of course! We’ll be cooking up some tasty treats while we delve into the chemistry and biology of the foods we eat.

Session 2

Crafted with Science (ages 6-7)
Popsicle stick engineering, the chemistry of paint, and DNA macramé are all on the agenda. Break out the glue gun and microscope as we investigate the science behind crafting and the art of experimentation.

It's Alive (ages 8-9)
Discover plants, animals, and more as we explore the incredible world of living things. From your own body to crazy critters to the possibility of life in space, biology comes to life!

Mission Possible (ages 9-11)
Investigate circuits, motors, catapults, and more as we face challenges that require creative design solutions. Houston’s got a problem…we’ll solve it in Mission: Possible!

Movie Magic (ages 11-13)
Special effects make movies fun and realistic, but how do they make that movie magic? Learn trade secrets as you design live and atmospheric effects, create creatures, and stage short scenes.

Session 3

Backyard Explorers (ages 6-7)
Your backyard is a great place in the summertime. Learn about bugs and other animals, outdoor cooking, weather, and trees. Come and enjoy our backyard this week.

Science by Design (ages 8-9)
From cars and catapults to robots and rovers, learn about the design process from start to finish as you use a variety of materials to build it bigger, better, taller, and stronger.

Lab Rats (ages 9-11)
Beakers and test tubes wait for you to get to work concocting chemicals and conducting experiments. Measure, mix, and make observations while you carry out scientific investigations and cause some radical reactions.

Make Your Own Music (ages 11-13)
Create your own musical instruments out of everyday and recycled items. Play and explore with familiar instruments and music making technology.

Session 4

I Spy Science (ages 6-7)
Science here, science there, we’ll scout out the science all around us. Inside our bodies, outside our homes, on land, in the sea, in the air, science is everywhere!

Superhero Science (ages 8-9)
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a superhero! Create your own superheroes and investigate the super strength, super gizmos, and super abilities that make our favorite heroes so super.

Science of Stuff (ages 9-11)
Stretch, splat, smash, and squish! Explore the surprising properties of stuff, from every day objects to cutting edge creations, and create your own marvelous materials.

Worst Case Scenario (ages 11-13)
It’s a jungle out there with earthquakes, quicksand pits, and island desertions…all in one day. Think quickly and act fast as we master the sciences of survival, because in this camp every scenario is the worst case.

Session 5

Chill Out (ages 6-7)
The weather outside might be hot, but in this camp we’re keeping it cool! Take an imaginative trip to the arctic and discover the secrets to keeping warm in the cold, examine and make art with ice, and even play in some snow.

Crazy Contraptions (ages 8-9)
Get up close and personal with MSC’s coolest thingamabobs and doohickeys and take time to construct your own working contraptions. Become an inventor as you use mechanics and engineering to make a robot, design an alarm system, test a catapult, and so much more.

Think It Build It (ages 9-11)
You know more than you think you know, and you can build more too! From arcade games to cupcake confections, if you can imagine a design, we’ll show you that you can build it.

How It's Made (ages 11-13)
From silly putty to soap, candles to cartoons, ice cream to electronics, we’ll delve into how common items are crafted by doing it ourselves. Tweak the formulas and customize your creations when you act as the manufacturing line.
