A Camp-In volunteer serves as an assistant during the Maryland Science Center’s Camp-In program for third-to fifth-grade children. Volunteers help with evening activities, mainly assisting with set-up and clean-up of science workshops, as well as assisting during workshops themselves. Might also include helping the Event Supervisor with distribution of snack to participants. Volunteers may earn up to six service hour credits per event. Volunteers must be in the 10th grade and at least 15 years of age.
(Camp-In programs occur January – May on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00-11:00pm)
