BodyLink and the Wet Lab
Connecting health science with you
Get up close and hands-on with human biology. From macro to micro (and even nano), take a peek at the inner workings of the human body. Explore bones and organs, or put your eyes to the test. Step inside the Wet Lab and use real laboratory tools to investigate biological phenomena.

Exhibit highlights
- Test your eyes with optical illusions
- Explore human bones and organs
- Laboratory science in the Wet Lab
Investigative techniques and a look at human traits
Scientists in 3rd grade and up are welcome in the Wet Lab, where they can don lab coats and goggles and get to work in a real laboratory. Use chemicals to identify mystery powders or see what DNA really looks like. Check out cells, creatures, and common items under a microscope.
Staff who share the quest for knowledge in the fields of health sciences
By far the most important resource in BodyLink is its staff. Our knowledgeable, trained staff is comprised of health science educators and community volunteers who serve as exhibit facilitators. More than guides, our staff is present to share their excitement for health science to engage visitors in interesting dialogue, and to ensure a fun, dynamic, educational environment.
