Very early on April 15, the Moon will darken from view as it moves through Earth’s shadow in space. A lunar eclipse only happens during a full Moon, when the Moon is opposite the Sun from Earth. Join MSC staff to watch this early morning eclipse from our rooftop and Observatory on April 15, 2:00-5:30am.
