Food Science Workshop: Yogurt and Cheese

Discover the deliciousness and versatility of fresh cheese and yogurt at our Introduction to Basic Yogurt and Cheese Making on Saturday, February 9th from 2:00-2:30pm. This kid-friendly, hands-on workshop will explore the science behind yogurt and cheese making. Participants will learn how to make two traditional cheeses and fresh yogurt and leave with their own samples. Time for Q&A is included in the workshop. Tickets are $10 and participants do not need to purchase a ticket to the Maryland Science Center to participate in the workshop. Advanced registration is required.
