So much fun it's outta this world!

Time: Noon - 4:00 PM
Location: Maryland Science Center
Cost: Free with paid admission
Who should attend: Parents and kids of all ages
When: May 8, 2010

The Maryland Science Center will be out of this world on Space Day as the entire museum gets spacey. The Kids Room is blasting off to outer space as well—shoot over and explore all the out of this world activities they have to offer. Science on a Sphere will broadcast space related presentations, with live shows about the Sun and our Solar System.

Join us for a Space-tacular adventure as we explore all things outer space. Learn about rockets, our Solar System and beyond through fun hands-on activities and give always! Find out your weight on other planets, create your own space helmet, launch Stomp Rockets outside, and much more.

Chat with space scientists and special guests from Goddard Space Flight Center, Space Telescope Institute, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, and model rocket clubs!

All activities are free with paid admission, while supplies last.
