Join the Maryland Science Center in The Shed and learn the basics of Woodworking. Wood is a renewable and accessible material that is used to build many things around us. We will be going over how to plan out a project and use different tools, such as hammers, saws, and clamps, to create a custom box that can be used as a toolbox or planter to take home.
Instruction, tools, and supplies are included in the cost of the workshop. Cost is $15 per project, maximum two participants per project. The workshop is designed for ages 10 and up, anyone under 16 must participate on their project with an adult. Please call 410-545-5980 to reserve your space today.
