Cheese and Yogurt Workshop
Discover the deliciousness and versatility of fresh cheese and yogurt at our Introduction to Basic Yogurt and Cheese Making on Saturday, September 16 from 10:30am-12:30pm. This kid-friendly, hands-on workshop will explore the science behind yogurt and cheese making. Participants will learn how to make two traditional cheeses* and fresh yogurt and will leave with their own samples.
Cost is $20 per person. There is no member discount for our workshop programs. All supplies and museum admission are included. The workshop is designed for ages 10 and up. Anyone under 16 must participate with an adult, who must also register. Advance registration and payment required.
*Cheeses will be made using vegetable rennet.
