IT Helpdesk Full Time
This position supports the helpdesk by providing phone and ticket system support. Additional responsibilities include account creations and mailbox setup for new users. It provides immediate interaction for the user’s problem. If the issues cannot be resolved in 30 minutes they are to pass the problem to more senior staff members on the team. The team will also handle password resets and user account creation within Active Directory.
Working with end-users resolving technical issues.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the IT field. 3 years of related IT support experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree. Exchange and Office experience. Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows XP and Active Directory tools. Strong interpersonal skills. Microsoft Certified Technology specialist, preferred.
